Dr. Stefanie Basso is a board-certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner and holds a PhD in Holistic Nutrition. She specializes in helping individuals restore metabolic health, improve body composition, increase natural energy, and build long-term vitality through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

With over 15 years of experience in health education, Dr. Stefanie has taught kinesiology, anatomy, and nutrition at the university level. Her background in exercise science and sport psychology allows her to take an integrative approach to metabolic health, addressing the root causes of digestive dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, and weight challenges. Her methods include focusing on all of the foods we can have rather than on what we ‘can’t’, empowering clients to make educated choices in their daily habits.

A former natural national-level bodybuilding competitor, Dr. Stefanie brings a unique blend of clinical nutrition expertise and real-world performance experience to help patients build sustainable health and resilience.
