While our office is now based in San Diego, we continue to care for patients from La Jolla. Our new location is a short drive away and allows us to provide the same level of care.

Dr. Brandon W. Goldstein is the owner of the Head, Neck and Spine Center of San Diego.
Dr. Goldstein is a personable and highly professional chiropractor who is dedicated to helping patients feel healthy and pain-free. He works diligently at diagnosing the cause of back and neck pain, limb numbness and tingling, muscle spasms, headaches, and accident-related injuries, then creates a treatment plan that works for each patient’s needs.
Dr. Goldstein’s goal is to make sure that each of his patients not only feel better, but also gain the tools to improve their condition over time.
Dr. Goldstein’s journey began when he was injured in a car accident and needed treatment himself. With over 17 years of experience in the field, he is well qualified to treat accident-related injuries, as well as sports injuries, chronic pain, migraines, pregnancy discomfort, and acute back and neck pain.
