Dr. Brandon Goldstein is a San Diego chiropractor with more than 28 years of experience helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those related to motor vehicle accidents. A California native, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles.

Early in his career, Dr. Goldstein practiced in Malibu where he worked with professional athletes and high-performance individuals. He later consulted with the United States Golf Fitness Association and provided chiropractic services for the PGA Tour through Physiotherapy Associates, the official provider of rehabilitation and fitness training for the PGA Tour and Champions Tour. During this time he worked with many elite golfers including Vijay Singh, Ernie Els, Stuart Appleby, K.J. Choi, and Tiger Woods.

After gaining valuable experience in sports performance and injury management, Dr. Goldstein returned to San Diego and established a practice in La Jolla focused on treating spinal and joint injuries for patients of all ages. Over the years, he has developed a strong specialization in the diagnosis and treatment of auto accident injuries, including whiplash, neck injuries, back injuries, and soft tissue trauma.

Dr. Goldstein frequently treats patients following car accidents, rear-end collisions, and other trauma-related injuries. He has extensive training in evaluating the biomechanics of whiplash and other accident-related conditions that can affect the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. His approach focuses on identifying the underlying source of pain and restoring proper movement and function.

To ensure patients receive the most comprehensive care possible, Dr. Goldstein maintains working relationships with medical doctors, orthopedic specialists, pain management physicians, neurologists and imaging facilities. This collaborative approach allows patients with more complex injuries to receive appropriate diagnostic testing and multidisciplinary treatment when necessary.

Treatment plans may include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support recovery after an accident.

Dr. Goldstein commonly treats conditions such as whiplash, headaches and migraines, neck pain, shoulder injuries, pinched nerves, low back pain, sciatica, hip pain, and other spinal or joint injuries caused by auto accidents or trauma.

With decades of clinical experience and a patient-centered approach, Dr. Goldstein is committed to helping individuals recover from accident-related injuries and return to normal daily activities as safely and efficiently as possible
